Superiorfmall can cancel an order in the following situations:

• We have not collected a payment for the order.
• We have collected a payment for the order, but no items have been fulfilled.

The most common reasons for our canceling an order include the following:

• The order was fraudulent.
• The customer changed their mind.
• The ordered items aren't available.
